Description

Durafix is the original flux-less aluminium welding rod for the repairs of aluminium, Die Cast Aluminium, Pot-Metal, Galvanised and Zinc based metals. All you need is a butane torch, LPG/air torch or oxy acetylene set. Low melting point 732°F (389°C). Alloyed from pure virgin metals. Welds made with Durafix are clean and free from slag. Produces a sound joint that is stronger than the parent metal. Brazing Aluminium without the use of flux, sound and free from porosity. Use to repair larger objects like Bell-housings & Brackets. Welds Thin Aluminium Pipe, radiators & intercoolers easily.
